These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 178bet ("Platform", "us"). The 178bet platform operates under international licensing and offers online gambling services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and fishing games to adult players in Malaysia.

Continued use of this platform after any amendments to these Terms have been made will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable conditions.

• Not be listed in any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme.
• Not hold more than one active account on the 178bet platform at any time.
• Not be subject to a prohibition on using gambling services by court order or other legal directive.

178bet reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that cannot prove eligibility are subject to suspension or closure without prior notice.

Each user is permitted only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, MyKad number, date of birth, email and a valid mobile number.
• Update your personal information should any changes occur.
• Keep your username and password confidential — do not share them with anyone.
• Notify 178bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

178bet is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login details secure.

All financial transactions on the 178bet platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes upon request verification.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to case-by-case assessment.
• Funds in the account are to be used solely for gambling entertainment purposes and not as a financial instrument or savings vehicle.

178bet reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals for identity verification purposes or investigation of suspicious activity. All approved withdrawals will be credited within the stated time limits.

178bet offers a 200% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to the following wagering requirements:

• The required wagering amount is 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus is permitted per user.

Other promotions such as weekly cashback for VIP members, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions have their own terms that will be stated when those promotions are released. 178bet reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

All games offered on the 178bet platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has undergone independent third-party testing to ensure fair play. For live casino games, game outcomes are determined by real dealers in a live studio environment.

• The results of all games are final once a round is completed.
• Any technical errors or network disruptions during a game session that result in an undeterminable outcome will be resolved based on 178bet system records.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• The minimum and maximum bet values for each game are as stated in the respective game interface.

178bet is not responsible for loss of winnings arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 178bet platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to manage or play in your account.
• Attempting to exploit errors or technical vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and live baccarat.
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Opening an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or any method of circumventing wagering requirements.

⚠️ Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

178bet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• An account closure request made by the user themselves.
• Death of the account holder (balance will be processed upon valid verification of their heir).

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 24/7 customer service via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be processed to the registered payment method.

178bet prioritises the security and confidentiality of user personal information. Information collected during registration and platform use will be handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

In summary, 178bet is committed to:

• Not sharing or selling user personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Using industry-grade data encryption to protect financial transactions and sensitive user information.
• Complying with user requests to delete personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

• Game outcomes that have been validly confirmed by the system.
• Loss of account access due to the user's negligence in safeguarding login information.

The maximum total liability of 178bet to any user for any claim will not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of that claim.

178bet reserves the right to change, add, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws under the international licensing jurisdiction that regulates the operations of 178bet. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and 178bet.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to an arbitration body recognised by our licensing authority. The decision of that arbitration body is final and binding on both parties.
